1,INTRODUCTION

 MEWOI-ST400B ultrasonic thickness measuring instrument measures the thickness according to the principle of ultrasonic pulse reflection. When the ultrasonic pulse emitted by the probe reaches the interface of the material through the measured object, the pulse is reflected back to the probe. The thickness of the measured material is determined by accurately measuring the propagation time of the ultrasonic wave in the material. All kinds of materials, such as metals, plastics, ceramics, glass, which can make ultrasonic wave propagate at a constant speed, can be measured by this principle. Various plates and processed parts can be accurately measured, and another important aspect is the ability to monitor the various pipes and pressure vessels in the production equipment and to monitor their use The degree of thinning after being corroded in the process. Widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aviation, aerospace and other fields.

Compared with MEWOI-ST200 series, ST4XX series ultrasonic thickness gauge adds many functions, such as gain setting, limit alarm, data transmission, etc. MEWOI-ST400B ultrasonic thickness gauge combines the functions and technical parameters of MEWOI-ST400 and MEWOI-ST420, that is, it has all the functions of  MEWOI-ST400. It can also be equipped with a hih temperature probe and a small diameter probe.

2,MAIN FEATURES

1,With coupling prompt and low voltage prompt;
2,Shutdown mode: manual and automatic shutdown functions (after three minutes of operation);
3, Minimum capture: you can choose to display the current thickness value or the minimum thickness value.

6,Bound limit alarm: The limit can be set, and the measured value outside the limit can be automatically buzzed.
7,The speed of sound is adjustable: the sound speed can be measured by using a known thickness test block;
