INTRODUCTION

Magnetic coating thickness gauge: measures the change of magnetic attraction between the permanent magnet (probe) and the base metal due to the presence of the cover layer; or the change of the magnetic resistance of the magnetic path through the cover layer and the base metal.The thickness of the non-magnetic coating on the magnetic metal base can be measured without damage (such as zinc, aluminum, chromium, copper, rubber, paint, etc. on steel, iron, alloy and hard magnetic steel)

Eddy current coating thickness gauge: The high frequency magnetic field generated by the probe device causes eddy currents to be placed under the side heads, the amplitude and phase of which are a function of the thickness of the non-conductive coating between the conductor and the side head.Non-destructive measurement of the thickness of non-conductive coating on non-magnetic metal substrates (such as paint, rubber, plastic, oxide film, etc. on metals such as copper, aluminum, zinc, tin, etc.)

MAIN FEATURES

1,Zero calibration and two-point calibration are available, and the system error of the probe can be corrected by the basic calibration method;
2,There are two measurement methods: continuous measurement (continue) and single measurement (single);
3,There are two ways to work: direct mode (DIRECT) and group mode (Appl)
4,Delete function: delete single suspicious data appearing in the measurement, or delete all data in the storage area for new measurement;
5,There are five statistics: mean (mean), maximum (max), minimum (min), number of tests (no.), standard deviation (s.dev);
6,With meter/inch conversion function;
7,With printing function, it can print measured values and statistical values;
8,With undervoltage indication function;
9,There is a beeping prompt during the operation;
10,With error prompt function;
11,With automatic shutdown function.
